Just curious to know if there are any other women out there who have had to leave a career in clinical medicine?
Unfortunately, this is something I am considering at the moment as the on call hours (Israel...24 hour on calls) just don't work with our family life among other factors.
Curious to know what people went on to do if they did leave. My decision isn't final...it's long and complicated but I am trying to come to terms with it and explore what else I could do.
