Feelin' gravy

so someone gave us meat that was already cooked but frozen - there was no gravy so I decided to make my own ...

some flour & oil saute in pan till thickens add spices, soy sauce & water [or soup if you should have some handy]

I poured it over the meat & it's on the blech ... we shall see what it taste like later

but for now - I'm feelin' gravy Cool

it was alright - better than bland meat

I certainly prefer the taste of the meat juices in a gravy made fresh right along with the meat
