My daughters name is gittel and she is named after my grandmother who was called tova. It might be a problem so do your research.

I asked the shaila for sisters (about Doba and Buena, funnily, so the same meaning as yours) and was told no issue.

My mother's name is Raizel and my niece's name is shoshana. My brother was told by a Lubavitch rabbi that it was okay (he showed my brother somewhere where the Rebbe said that it was 2 different names)
I also knew set of twins that one was Shoshana and the other was Raizel.
