Search oven farfel on this site. There is a great recipe from ramom that I use all the time on couscous and it comes out great!

This. I've made it with couscous (posted on that thread exactly what I did) and it was great.

You might need more or less water than the baked farfel recipes depending on the amount of meat and vegetables you put in your couscous.
