I am hiring someone to do some data entry and some really simple graphics work (like in Microsoft Word, nothing that takes actual training)

What would you pay per hour? I'm in Lakewood, and it is a work from home job 95% of the time. I want to make sure I'm offering the going rate.
TIA

I did data entry for a neighbor once and he paid me 10$ and hour, I would have rather 12-15 (especially after the third year I did it)

I think it might also depend on the age/education of the person... I mean a high school kid, you can maybe pay a dollar or two cheaper than a college age kid/graduate

welcome to lakewood!! Can you believe the hourly rates???
Years ago I worked in NY and was earning $35 and hr. Then I took an local office job in lakewood and earned $15 and hour. That was considered "good". Sad

op - did you already hire someone or looking?
