Binah had their food issue this week and they ran the contest winners for the Baker's Choice products. The first recipe was for chocolate cookies with caramel filling. It was in a special section (maybe like a pull out?)
Does anyone have the recipe? I put it somewhere so I could make it, and can't remember where I put it (senior moment meets PMS meets lots of kids = sometimes I have trouble keeping track of my possessions!)

I bought the ingredients! Now all I need is the recipe.......

I have it. Yum, they look delicious. Good luck!

2 C flour
2 C sugar
1 C cocoa
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 C oil
1 tsp vanilla
4 eggs

1 TBSP baker's choice caramel crea
coarse sea salt, for sprinkling
confectioner's sugar (opt.)

Preheat oven to 350. line cookie sheets with parchment paper
mix flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, oil, vanilla, and eggs together in one bowl
Roll dough into 2 inch balls. Using back of wooden spoon, make a large hole in the center of each ball. Fill the holes with as much caramel cream as you can. Sprinkle coarse sea salt into the caramel filling. Carefully seal the balls, completely covering the caramel center.
if desired, roll into confectioner's sugar
Place on prepared cookie sheets and bake 350 until tops are semi-firm. Do not overbake, they should be fudgy and chewy. Let cookies cool on pan.
