Starwood miles are the most valuable. But their signup bonus isn't huge, and you can't keep receiving it. I think Chase Ink has a nice promotional signup bonus. Also Sapphire is good, but may be changing tomorrow. Then you have airline cards - United, American. Also make sure you can meet the spending requirements in time, or else it doesn't matter.
