We're going to be in Lakewood for a wedding and have a few hours before. Anything fun, indoors that we can do with young children? Thank you!

Lakewood NJ?
Point Pleasant has a very small aquarium (Jenkins aquarium) that is for young children. It is on the boardwalk. There are also small arcades open in the area during the winter. Plus it on the beach. I think the beach is magnificent in the winter. If you bundle up (and bring hot cocoa in a thermos and marshmallows to make it extra special) its fun to check out for a few minutes, even from the boardwalk.

Check out Deal, NJ - there are restaurants and a beach/boardwalk - if you have enough time.

Are all of these still in business (I saw them on older threads)? Which is closest to Lakewood and would be good for a 4 year old?
- chuck e cheese
- twister
- junglerrrific
- party gym
I would rather not do things on the boardwalk because it will be so cold
Also, which pizza and/or ice cream stores in Lakewood would be fun/different?
Thanks for all your help!

BounceU is fun for 4-year-olds and is in Lakewood. Just check out their site to see when they have open bounce hours.
Chuck-E-Cheese is technically in Brick but it's the outskirts of Lakewood. Also fun.
iPlay America is more appropriate for bigger kids, and is also a little further out of Lakewood (in Freehold), depending on where you'll be staying.
Never heard of Twister or Party Gym.
Junglerrrific (if it's even still open) is not exciting for a 4-year-old. Too small, not enough to do.
As for pizza, there are plenty of stores but nothing out of the ordinary. California Swirls is a fun self-serve frozen yogurt store and Sprinkles is more of a regular ice cream store but with really good stuff.

Thank you is much for the information! Bounce U wasn't open tomorrow but chuck e cheese should be fun. Do they have any kosher food options there?

You could go to JII Pizza and then do Sprinkles for dessert, as they are in the same building (on different sides).
Or you could do Pizza Plus on 4th street, and California Swirls is around the corner, in walking distance.

Westgate plaza also has a pizza shop and ice cream shop in one place.
California swirls is fun and different.
