I'm trying to eat fewer processed grains and am thinking about getting a spiralizer, possibly the panderno spiralizer. Any thoughts? I have a mandolin but am not in love with it because I'm constantly cutting myself on the blades, and it doesn't make good zucchini "noodles."
ISO cuz I've discussed this with many, many people IRL. TIA!

I got the Paderno a few days ago! I haven't used it yet but I will very soon. My sister has one and LOVES it. Her kids are eating tons more veggies - they love the veggie noodles it makes!!

I have a Sprooli.
I love mine.
I make zucchini noodles all the time.
It comes with three blades.
It's so much fun to use I sometimes get carried away making too much.
As long as you don't mix sauce with it, the leftovers are ok for the next day.
