The yidden were freed from mitzrayim in the zchus of three things; one of them being they didn't change their names from their Jewish names.
Who cares how others pronounce it? And if they can or cannot pronounce? I bet a [gentile] wouldn't think twice about making his name easier for us Jews to pronounce!
Keep her name and be proud of it! My name is Rochel and I proudly tell it to people and if it's hard for them to pronounce, I right away smile and say: "ya I know it's a Hebrew name, hard to pronounce" or I'll tell them to try saying it and everyone warms up and it usually turns into a friendly thing cuz they try saying chhh and can't so they end up laughing. Nothing at all wrong with that!!
