Any ideas on how to revamp leftover chicken from chicken soup?

Shredded and add it to stir fry
Chicken salad and chicken latkes
Cook with sauce the serve on salad or bread/wraps
Shred it for Chicken fried rice
Knishes
Shepherd pie

Mush and mix with spices eggs and breadcrumbs. Fry like hamburger with lots of onions in the frying pan.
