I am looking at this site and there's a house that seems interesting. Did anyone use them? What was your experience? There is only one review for the listing I am looking at. How could I know if this is good or if it's not some crazyhead who is up to no good. (Paranoid, I know, but seriously.)

Used before very good , owners are very nice nd the prices are not bad

I rented a house in Florida off ReserveKosher two summers ago. Had a very good experience.
There are lots of different properties and owners though.
