I've had a rough few weeks, and would really like to cheer myself up. I would be thrilled to make a chanuka party in my house! (Someone else will have to make the latkes though- I can't stand the smell of frying oil)
This is a very real and sincere invitation! If you would like to come, either post here or message me. I'm thinking the easiest time would be Sunday during the day, but once I get responses (IF I get responses) that can always change. I live in bayswater, so anyone in driving distance is welcome!!!

(P.S. Thanks to yo'ma for giving me this idea)

By the way, are people hugging me cuz they think it's a looney idea, or cuz they like the idea?

It's a beautiful idea. Just...security is an issue with people from online, even if its all supposedly females. You might want to meet in a public place.

Personally, I can't get to Bklyn anyway. Hatzlachah and may you have a Chanukah sameach.

I would love to especially since I gave you the idea, but I have a bar mitzva in lakewood that evening and I don't have a car. No, make that I can't drive. I'll be in brooklyn, but if you make it another day and there's a train or someone can give me transportation, sure. (That is if my kids can also come Smile ).

Looks like you're the only one so far who wants to come, so you can pick the day (or night)
And of course your kids can come!!

I just recently moved away from Bayswater. It would be nice to go back and visit.

We may have been neighbors. Smile
