Check out ynab.com. its an awesome budgeting software.

Yes, thanks! Not sure how much this is going to help when my income doesn't even cover the basics right now (sorry, I'm feeling a little down right now because it's the end of the month and for the first time my work income wasn't enough to cover my work childcare...) but I do need a budget and this is something I was pondering for a long time.

you have to buy a gift card which I think is mailed to you. you can start ynab today tho with the free 34 day trial till the card comes
