someone just told me about vouchers for daycare. in new york area- we have. a tax return fro, last january of 38,000 but since thn both my husband and I are working (me on a w2 and Dh on a 1099) and our monthly salaries fluctuate from between 4000-7000 together. would we be eligible? we only have one child.

There are two different types of vouchers I know of, HRA (which I know very little about) and ACS vouchers. You're probably eligible for the ACS vouchers. search nyc.gov for both. Also, PM me and I can give you a little more information.
