Butternut Squash and ground meat

anyone have any good recipes for supper using these butternut squash and ground meat?

burgers and squash fries. just fry the cut up squash instead of potatoes and sprinkle with salt. it's delicious. I like to have fresh lettuce, cucumbers, and tomatoes to go on top of burgers. if I have the patience/ingredients, I may make a garlicky mayo or chimichurri for the burgers as well.

I'd stuff the butternut squash with ground beef sauteed with peppers and other spices. Something like this:
(Skipping/substituting something foe the bacon, obviosuly)

This thread is making me very hungry. You could probably also do a shepherds pie. I would use middle Eastern spices on the ground beef mixture and do squash on top.
