I used to buy baked farmer cheese from Pomegranate (Supermarket). We had to cut that out of the budget but I still want to eat it! I can buy farmer cheese for less than half price of what it is at Pomegranate. Anyone have recipe for baked farmer cheese?

Do you mean a baked farmer's cheese loaf, kind of like blintz filling and cheesecake?

ramom I'll take the recipe because all recipes I get from you are a hit around here!
The baked farmer cheese that I am talking about is spreadable. I eat it on crackers.

This is KBD's recipe. There is no need for the matzo base.
