Recently my neighbor told me she had bought a smart phone and is so excited to have all her contacts in it.
I don't feel comfortable with my personal information on somebody's phone which can be lost/stolen/hacked. I need to ask her to remove me from the phone.
The thing is, I don't know how to tell her. She is a good neighbor, and has helped me countless times, I don't want to hurt her feelings or appear to be scolding her.
Any suggestions on how to approach this.

It's 2014... almost 2015. Your information is all over, and it's hackable everywhere. If she doesn't have cc info or ss number, why the paranoia?

And a regular cell phone can't be lost or stolen?

I'm sure plenty of people have your info stored on their smart phones. I don't think there's a way to prevent it. Sorry.
