Not sure what I did wrong this time, but my kugel came out all gluey. It made two and I stuck the second in the freezer.
Any creative ideas of what I can do with it or should I just admit defeat and throw it out?
It's a sweet and spicy noodle kugel.
All I can think of is cutting it into cubes and deep frying as croutons but I'm a tad scared of the idea...

Aren't noodle kugels meant to be gluey? What kind of gluey do you mean?
