We opened duck sauce Succos time and have kept it in the fridge since (haven't used it since). How long can we keep it for or should it have already been thrown out?

I've never had any issues with using old duck sauce from the fridge. If you see any mold (I've had that on marinara sauce and apple such but never duck sauce, then don't use it).

I'm almost sure that it lasts a very long time in the fridge.

I've also used old duck sauce if it's not moldy. The high acid content in duck sauce helps keep it from going bad.

It can stay a long time but if you want it out of there just pour it over chicken bottoms one night for dinner. Bake as long as you usually bake your chicken bottoms and enjoy.

Thanks everyone. It's a spicy duck sauce and I don't like spicy, it was for a special meat we had on succos that DH makes 1-2 times a year. But at least I don't feel bad keeping it around in case we buy ribs or some other kind of meat and he can make a pan with it for himself. Other condiments we go through pretty quickly so it's not really a question of how long to keep them (mayo, mustard, ketchup, jelly, etc)

Look, smell, taste. Most condiments last a long while.
