I always make a big batch and then put most of it away in the freezer. I wait until they are fully cool and then pack them away in an airtight container. (They are chewy, just baked)
When I take them out though they are extremely crumbly. Chewy, but with one bite the whole thing crumbles in my hand/mouth. Any explanation or idea of what I can do?
