I was a super balebusta, bla-ba, making a potato kugel, not to eat, but exclusively for the freezer *round of aplause*
and then I forgot it out over night , can I still eat it?

I'm not sure why a baked kugel would be any different than a baked cake that can be left out. I would taste it and see.
