Im having a lot of company for shabbos Chanukah lunch. Does anyone do anything special and Chanukah themed for this lunch? Thanks.

You can make different kinds of mini latkes (potato, cauliflower, zucchini, corn) in advance and then just heat them up - serve with different toppings for a starter.

You can do something spicy so everyone's mouths are on fire! 
I don't like fried foods the next day so I'm thinking of doing thumbprint cookies instead of sufganiyot...they look the same! On that same note you can do sufganiyot chicken (aka raspberry/apricot chicken).
You could also play with color...reds and yellows etc. for a flame salad/dish. Pepper salad, fruit salad, squash medley...
My sister in law fries her potato kugel in a big skillet for shabbos chanukah.
