I want to make something yummy for Chanukah, but do not have a milchig oven. Any ideas of something yummy and special, but not very complicated, that I can make on my stove-top?

I saw my friend making fettuccine Alfredo a few nights ago

She made a sauce on the stovetop with milk, garlic, I have no clue what else- but it tasted great

I make ziti in a pot - like I would make baked ziti. My kids like it better than baked since some pieces get hard while baking and they dislike the hard pieces of ziti.

Also - steamed broccoli with melted cheeses (muenster and american)

omelets with veggies and melted cheese (sautee onions, tomatoes and anything else you want to use)

someone mentioned cheese latkes - yum!

(pancakes, french toast..)

don't forget the hot chocolate!

ice cream for dessert with topping..

I didn't think of that! Only, my favorite thing to make for Chanukah is pizza and that needs to be open!
I really like the blintzes idea. DH loves them and I only make them for Shavous.
