Gift For A Doctor?

I'm going to be seeing my primary care physician soon and would love to get her a holiday gift. Even though she's a new doctor for me, her care has so far been exceptional. Only, I don't know what to get her.

A scarf was suggested to me, but that seems kind of blah.

Any other suggestions? Preferably something that could be gotten in a store.

A box of good quality chocolates or bakery pastries to share with the office staff. I would not get anything too personal (ie anything she would wear).
