My ninth grade, dd, is beyond stressed about midterms. She's miserable. Any ideas to help her?

Remind her that as long as she puts in her best effort you will be proud of her, and that you are proud of her.
Remind her that getting a good nights rest and eating a nutritious breakfast are great ways to feel good and fuel her brain. Maybe go for a run around the block with her to ease stress.
