Dd is Israel. Her phone can't make international outgoing phone calls. I'm not sure if it is a problem with the company or because I switched credit card and they couldn't process my payment. I tried the phone numbers online but one is wrong and one
Disconnected. Does anybody know how can I reach them? I emailed them but didn't get a reply yet. TIA

The number is *0058 but I assume you are outside Israel and can't dial that. If DD's phone is working have her call this number, or have her borrow a phone and call them.

My cousin had that issue, it is a cc issue. Just give her a new cc#
You can do it online if you have the access information. If not, give her the cc# and she can call and give it to them.

Don't know what number you can call from america, but she can dial *058 from her phone.
It is likely because you didn't pay the bill. We had that once after switching credit cards.
