Does anyone here do medical transcription work? I've been debating getting certified to do it, but am nervous about where to get certified, how much it should cost, etc. Anyone care to share their experience?

I have a friend who has been doing it for years. She says that the work is now done overseas. She has years and years of experience and has been sending out her resume yet she can't find employment. If you have better success please post.
