My friend asked me to ask around to attorney recommendations to help him in the following situation:
He has a leased car from Toyota. He did regular oil changes either on time or a few hundred miles afterward. The car is a 2014 Sienna, so it is not old. The engine totally died, and Toyota claims that he did not make the appropriate oil changes because there is gunk in the engine, but he has receipts to prove that he did, because he did, and a few hundred miles over does not cause an entire engine to die.
Anyone have any experience with a similar situation? Can you recommend an attorney in NY who deals with this? What kind of attorney is this? I'm anonymous bec. I'm discussing it IRl. THNX LADIES!

I'd start with a Lemon Law attorney. I don't know anyone in New York, though. Sorry.
