hi. I forgot to take off challah and only remembered after braiding. the rav is not picking up the phone. what do I do now? do I take off from one loaf before baking? after baking? tia

Put everything under one towel and make the brocha and take challah from one loaf. It is more complicated after baking, I think.

well if you take it off will it pop - did it rise yet ? if not cover them together & take challah now ... otherwise you can reshape the challah even though it's time - or once they're baked you can cover them so they're like one & take challah as well - only then you won't have shelaimim
