Does anyone have a tried and true recipe for a cinnamon Bundt cake that is moist and delicious? All the recipes I've seen have sour cream. I want a pareve one please.

I haven't made it in a while. I don't know if it's moist enough for you but it's not dry. Also, I've made it in a tube pan, not bundt.
CINNAMON MARBLE SWIRL CAKE
CREAM one and one half c.. oil (or marg;, I use oil) and one and one half cups sugar.
ADD
3 eggs
2 1/4 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 scoops vanilla sugar (or if not available, a spoon of vanilla; the sugar's better)
3/4 c. milk substitute
POUR 3/4 batter into greased tube pan.
ADD to rest of the batter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. cocoa
2 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
MARBLEIZE
BAKE at 350 for one hour, check after 50 minutes.

I'm pretty sure I have. Don't remember what difference it makes.
