In general bedrooms are not shown.
However, if you feel like it you can put a few throw pillows on the smaller bed, to make it look like a couch for sitting.
It will be assumed the second bed is for when the kids are lonely, or one of you has a cold, if any thoughts occur at all.
If directly questioned, say that, or something. Don't blush.
Don't start teaching people what they have no need to learn. This isn't kiruv.
Say nothing.
Do not worry one little bit.

There is a trend in America among the non Jewish community for having separate beds and bedrooms. I don't understand why you would think that this couple would immediately think of cex if they viewed the master suite. The beds you have and the arrangement is often considered a matter of personal choice outside our community.
