Could we please share our healthy recipes to help and support each other!
No sugar or brown sugar, ideally whole weat flour. Healthy vegetable muffins, cookies , ice cream or any other healthy recipes!

Healthy low fat soup.

Couple cloves garlick
Four large zucchini
Onion

Sauté in some oil the above ingredients. First the onion and garlick. Onion minced garlick not. Let garlick turn a little brown. Add chopped zucchini. Sauté two min. Add water to just cover. Cook the zucchini until soft.

Add bunch parsley. Cream with hand blender. Now you have base of soup.

You can add chunks. Either broccoli cauliflower, butternut squash, sautéed mushrooms, chick peas, carrots, and chicken breast.

Add spices of your choice. I like turmeric, hot sauce, salt and pepper. A dash of lemon juice if that's your thing.

Yum yum.

Sneakermom , I can't eat squash, broccoli cauliflower. Do you have an equally wonderful soup with mushrooms or carrots? Doesn't need to be parve.

Does sweet potato work?

This is super easy and yum.

Handful garlick cloves. Sauté in oil until brownish. Add chunks of sweet potato. Water just to cover. Cook. Cream. Salt and pepper and any spices of choice. Very pure flavor.

Sounds good! How long does it usually take the sweet potato chunks to cook? Dh just asked for mushroom soup recipe when I told him what I'm doing. Thsnks so

Sauté onions and minced garlick until translucent. Add minced celery. Add sliced mushrooms. Add sliced carrots. Sauté. Add water. Can of beans. Cook. Add cubes of frozen dill or fresh. Salt and pepper. Enjoy.
