have you used vanilla sugar instead of vanilla extract in a baking recipe? did you notice any difference in the cake/cookie?

I have many times, when I forgot that Inwas all out of vanilla but still have the pesach stash of vanilla sugar... You still get the kick of vanilla flavor and its fine.

I've done it a lot without any issues 1 tablespoon sugar = 1 teaspoon extract.
