I just bought a mister to make your own oil spray. I want to use a flour and oil spray for a bundt cake. should I put flour in the mister with the oil, or should I just flour the pan? I want to do this instead of buying flour and oil spray.
thanks

Just flour the pan.
U won't be able to do it at home. The flour will clog up the mister.

do you think the bundt cake pan will still come out in one piece if I grease and flour the pan?

I iwould think so.
spray the pan very well. Sprinkle in a LOT of flour. Shake it around and cover everything (dont' forget middle and edges). Pour out the excess flour. Spray again well.

oh gosh - sounds like a disaster
spray the pan or oil it liberally & then sprinkle the flour ... I don't think the mist spray is for this use more for a pan that you want to use as little oil as possible ... think egg pan or spraying on chicken before you bake it for a mock oven fry
