I was craving cake/cookies tonight, but my freezer is bare. I was going crazy trying to figure out a snack that can be just as good as baked goods, but I couldn't find anything.

Then I remembered this recipe! I was so excited! I have a parve micro and don't have soy milk, so I used orange juice instead of milk.
YUM! I am feeling better now!! I use a rich cocoa and good chocolate chips. I also put it in the micro for less time. Too bad I don't have ice cream to go along with it...

I made this this afternoon, a friend in sem here came round and I didn't have anything yummy to offer her.

It was SO easy, fun and delicious! I can see this being made WAY too often! Thanks for sharing!

Will use water instead of milk, because my microwave is fleishig.

Will use coffee instead of water, because I like a mocha taste.

May scant the sugar a little, because I don't like things too, too sweet.

A splash of rum might be fun, but with the water not coffee.

A real service to mankind, this is.

Mishloach Manos, yes, good idea.

I tried this last night with some baking powder ... 90 seconds - it helped the craving dd#2 I had - but definitely a 'got milk' moment ...

the idea is a great one but needs to be tweaked a whole lot

today I tried this version ... but it's still off - needed more microwave time but once you open the microwave it plops if it's not ready - a little better + the nutella was a great idea & definitely moist
