I want it in a shoes not boots. I've seen kids wear it on Purim. Wonder where they picked it up. I'm sure they didn't spend $50

These run from $30-$40 - not much less, they are functioning shoes. Maybe a costume store will have them for cheap, or a local 99 cent store?
