I have lettuce, pomegranate seeds, frozen mango, avacado, mandarin oranges, craisins, slivered almonds. what goes together well and what dressing should I use? thanks!!

Yum!! It all sounds delish and beautiful. Maybe don't add the mango though - it might be overkill b/c you already have mandarin orange. I would use either a mild vinaigrette or a sweet, mustardy dressing. I would also add either red onion or scallion for a bit of sharpness.

use some olive oil [or mayo], garlic wine vinegar, garlic, maybe a little brown sugar
I would leave the avocado out

lettuce, red onion, avocado, mandarin oranges OR mango with a dressing made of soy sauce, sugar, oil, rice wine vinegar and seasoned with roasted sesame oil, ginger and some mustard.
or you can do lettuce, red onion, pomegranate seeds, manderin oranges, maybe some slivered almonds with a dressing made of grape juice, vinegar, sugar, oil and seasoned with garlic, honey, mustard and salt.

I love to mix a garlic mayo dip, with balsamic vinegar, tiny bit of salt, pepper, and little bit of lemon. Adding some diced onion could also be yummy.
