How do I get out black paint from dh yellow skirt?

what is your husband doing with a skirt ?!

if it's fresh you might just be able to scrub it out ... if it's white - you might be able to bleach it out ...

Paint, even water-based paint, generally requires a solvent-based spot remover like Carbona. If the spot is small and the paint is sitting on the surface of the fabric and not absorbed into the fibers, you may be able to scrape it off with a fingernail, credit card or emery board. Since Carbona and similar products are quite toxic, you may prefer taking the skirt to a dry-cleaner and having them deal with it.

What sort of paint? Craft paint or permanent?
For craft paint you can use goo gone. For wall paint purchase paint thinner, try on an inconspicuous spot, and if fabric is still ok, use to remove the paint from the garment.
