This is the recipe Wilton provides.
1/2 cup solid vegetable shortening
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine softened
1 teaspoon clear vanilla extract Easy-Add clear vanilla extract Add to shopping list clear vanilla extract
4 cups sifted confectioners' sugar (approximately 1 lb.)
2 tablespoons milk
I don't want milk or shortening is that possible?

You can substitute margarine or butter for the shortening. They all work mostly the same. You can use water or lemon juice or richs whip or whatever flavoring you like in place of the milk.

use pareve milk ... coffee rich/soy milk
water will make the oils separate ...
