So I see a lot of anti vaxes I see posting about their healthy natural lifestyles so that makes their kids healthier so need to vax. But what I don't understand is that years ago when theses diseases were rampant, there were no possessed food or antibiotics or the soaps shampoos with all the stuff that in it today that you try to avoid. Then why are you more protected they they were years ago when everything they did no matter who was natural ?

You are mistaken, OP. Food was natural and not processed, but not necessarily well balanced nor was their much variety, and many people were poor and undernourished.
