I had this with two of my kids. Every winter without fail their noses would run the whole time. Dr. told me the same thing. It would even be green sometimes but with no obvious infection. It got to the point where I couldn't look at their adorable but snotty faces anymore, and they were even running in the warmer weather. I put them on vitamins, deep cleaned the carpets, checked mezuzas and put in an air purifier in their room. There is a WORLD of a difference. Even in the extreme cold which were having right now, their noses are just normally runny, a couple of days here and there...good luck!

With my toddler, eliminating dairy permanently cleared the constant runny nose.

That's what I did, and it worked too! Within a week we noticed huge differences. I encourage you to try it.

Multivitamins with vitamin c and immune strengthening. Also elderberry, supposed to be good for immune system as well. But I don't give it to them anymore, only the multivitamins.

The dairy things is true too, but I think my kids would rather eat dairy and have runny noses than the other way around lol
