My 13 month old is not walking yet, just cruising around. I know bare foot is best but being that its so cold her feet are always freezing. Im looking for a sock or soft shoe thing that has a rubber thing on bottom to prevent slipping. I'm trying to look for it online but I dont know which non skid is really good since most socks have non skid things and by daughter slips when wearing it.

Barefoot allows the kid to develop most naturally but it isn't the only way. If feet are cold and socks are falling off/slippery try either Robeez or the like, or Skidders. We have had both and both were good solutions.

Tip: Robeez are expensive and I don't know if the knockoffs are good, but I bought mine on ebay really cheap and they were like new. There seemed to be many options over there. I got a lot of 2 pairs of cute Robeez in different sizes and 2 other baby shoes that I didn't need for just over $10.
