there I was trying to fix a nightlight ... opening it up & playing around with things ... can't get more broken right ... kids don't try this at home

well POP I blew the gfc breaker and I had to go fix a fuse and it was FUN the entire fuse was smoking - I don't think I've ever come across this before in all my years of fuse changing Cherry Bomb

C'mon Greenfire! Were you playing with the nightlight while it was PLUGGED IN?!

I hope everything is ok now. (Well, not the nightlight, but you didn't expect that to be ok!)

I guess that's where the saying comes from when someone gets tempered ... but in this case it was a literal fuse

I did have a little glimmer of hope the nightlight would function again ...

and the kitties got all excited when I went to see what else was off like the kitchen light & then trekked to the basement to fix things in the dark ~ BOO !!!

Ok... Can't resist... how many greenfires does it take to blow the fuse on a night light?

I'll bet at first there was a spark of green fire.

And then there were none.

P.S. your picture reminds me of my son's pacifier. It glows in the dark. If only I could open my eyes when he asks me to help find it...
