I've been baking my challos for years in disposable oval challo pans. Love the no need to wash pans. Lately however they began sticking to disposable pan most times rendering the challos unfit to use as shlaima as it would break upon removing. I'm thinking of using the hard non disposable pans but have no experience with them. If you use them could you Please share What they're like....do they bake nicely? Easy removal? Hard to clean?... TIA

I like to use parchment paper with washable pans. The Challos come right off and you barely need any washing-just a quick rinse of the pan afterwards.

You can put parchment paper in the disposable oval challah pans too.

I use stainless steel bread pans lined with parchment paper. Easy to remove, easy to clean, and no health issues from cooking in aluminum.

glass pans are wonderful ... but don't forget to oil them

as for the disposable - are you over baking them - when I use aluminum they pop right out

I oil slightly the disposable pans and never had an issue till last two times.

The black oval and round ones are amazing-challos come out crispy as with parchment not so they're maintenance free doesn't even need washing just wipe out with a tissue. Think they're sold in all the hardware stores. The wholesale number 845 729 7877
