Gentle scrubbing w a magic eraser might work. Very gentle so paint doesn't come off

Someone once suggested hair spray. Why don't you try a bit of soft scrub?

Try Fantastic first. Use lots of elbow grease.

If that doesn't work, go with this.

I would use either a magic sponge or clear nail polish remover. I would use one or the other, depending how dusty the wall is. You have to be careful because if the wall hasn't been painted in too many years, when you use either of the two, it may erase whatever dust had been there and leave you with the bright paint underneath. So either way you might be left with streaks.

Try a diaper wipe and scrub hard. I don't know if I ever did it on pen, but it has worked magically on my walls.

Next is Mr. Clean Magic Erasers, but they can really change the paint color BTDT so try it out somewhere where you don't care about.

next time you get it painted ask for coat of a type of paint that that makes it easier to remove. my painter did that and all I have to do is wipe.
