Sounds like a great idea!
How about a fluffernutter- that's peanut butter and marshmallow fluff.
Or maybe nutella and banana, or just nutella?
Or cream cheese and nutella. Might be weird but it sounds really yummy to me right now.

What abouit a smore sandwitch? Peanut butter, chocolate spread and marshmellows. I never tried it, but it should be sweet enough.

If you want to make it healthy you can put dates and peanut butter.
