Please share any tried and true yummy cookie recipes that use vegetable shortening (Crisco). I have a few cups left to use up, my container of shortening is expiring. I've already made oatmeal raisin cookies, chocolate chip cookies and hamantashen. Any other yummy recipes to share? Thanks!!
