Hi,
My brother and sister in law are planning on moving here after Pesach, BE"H.
They are looking for a 2-3 room apartment, and can pay up to 4000nis.
If anyone has any leads, please let me know - thanks.

How can I help them find someting? I do not live in Jerusalem...Is there an email group I can sign up for or something to be alerted if something is available?

you can subscribe to these groups, RE comes out on Wed, MD on Tues so you missed them for this week, but you can get next weeks

(there may be a way to see previously posted emails but I'm not sure, maybe ask when you email?)
You an also put in a classified of what you are looking for but usually there are a LOT of people looking. Apartments go very very fast in these neighborhoods, so your best bet is to have some one look out in the Mir for them for signs or to ask friends of theirs who are already living here to help find them something. Lots of hatzlacha.
Be prepared that they may have to pay more for a furnished apt or if they do get something in that price range they may have to buy a furniture package off the tenant before them. There are metzias though so hopefully they'll find something good!
