I'm trying to find extra wide shoes for my child. He has very wide feet and the only shoes that fit with out squishing his toes and getting blisters is stride rite. They are ok for school(not crazy about them though) but definitely not for occasions.
Are there any other shoes I can get him that are really extra wide or even extra extra wide. Wouldn't mind spending on them too. Looking for really good ones that are all leather. I've searched online and went to stores but just can't find anything...

have you tried clarks? not the prettiest but they have very wide widths.

Thanks he is a size 10. I would love some really good leather shoes and don't mind spending a bit.

I have the exact same problem! We have a wedding and couldn't find a thing!! Schwartzes in BP finally gave me a Shabbos shoe that is def. not gorgeous but at least passing... I had gone in the winter and they told thy had nothing that fit him, wait to see the spring line and now they had this. The shoes with a Velcro are generally a better fit then loafer or slip on.

My DS had very fat feet as a toddler and I found Pediped shoes with velcro closures to fit him well
